EFX135 Red Poinsettia

The card included did not identify who the gift was from. The poinsettia arrangement did not meet the expectation of the picture online. The arrangement did not have any additional natural elements such as tree branches /pine cones, instead it included a cheap plastic stick ornament and ribbon, both of which were not expected or wanted. It did not look like an arrangement; it looked like a store-bought poinsettia in a pot.
