Delivery Policy
Orders must be received before 12:00 noon in the recipient's time zone to assure same-day delivery. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day.
We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it.
We are unable to make deliveries on Sundays. Deliveries requested on this day will be delivered the following business day.
Delivery of orders to rural route addresses or cemeteries cannot be guaranteed.
We will be happy to accept your international orders if you call our shop directly. We are unable to accept international orders over the Internet.

We deliver during a standard afternoon window to ensure efficiency and cannot guarantee specific times, with the exception of special events.
Can I place an order for a time-sensitive delivery, like for a funeral service?
Absolutely. We guarantee on-time delivery for funerals, weddings and other time-sensitive events.
What happens if the recipient is not home at the time of delivery?
If the recipient isn't home, we will leave the flowers at the door, or if the weather conditions too severe, with a neighbour or concierge.
Will you call the recipient before the delivery arrives?
To preserve the surprise, we do not call the recipient unless you specifically request it during the order.
What is your procedure for deliveries during severe weather conditions?
For the safety of our drivers during severe weather, we will notify you and reschedule your delivery for the next safe day.
Can I make changes to my delivery order after it has been placed?
Yes, you can make changes to your order by calling our shop directly before 12:00 PM (noon) on the day of delivery.
Will my bouquet look exactly like the photo on your website?
Due to seasonal availability, we may make substitutions while always maintaining the original arrangement's color, style, and value.
